Help the Crone Family replace their car
Donation protected
A Cessna 550 private jet crashed into a San Diego military housing neighborhood at 3:47 a.m. this Thursday, May 23rd. The crash destroyed or damaged 15 homes and many vehicles, with over 100 people evacuated out of their beds to a local elementary school. Much of the damage was caused by a huge amount of burning jet fuel. Miraculously, only 8 people suffered minor injuries on the ground. The Navy responded immediately with food, clothing, baby supplies, etc. for the evacuated families. Unfortunately, many families, despite resources provided, are left without enough resources to resume day-to-day functions.
The Crone family is a family of 5 who lost their car in the fire. Unfortunately, their insurance company isn't offering enough to pay off what is owed, let alone assisting in obtaining a replacement vehicle outside of a rental car for 1 week's time.
One of the Crone family's children is autistic and requires several therapies. The family only has one functioning vehicle presently. The car that is a total loss was also preventing the family from supporting themselves fully financially as they are unable to coordinate work, school, activity, and therapy schedules for their family of 5 with only 1 vehicle.
The investigation into the crash could take up to 2 years to be complete, and they'll have to wait to file a lawsuit until fault is established.
If you are able, any donation would be appreciated to help this family.
